SMOOTHIE IN A JAR- BREAKFAST

Det er ingen hemmelighet at jeg digger smoothies til frokost! Spesielt smoothie bowls, eller tykk smoothie toppet med masse bær- i et glass. Det er få skoledager, der jeg faktisk har tid til å ordne meg en ordentlig frokost før jeg drar avgårde til skolen. Dagene mine på skolen starter som regel rundt klokken åtte. I dag rakk jeg faktisk å lage meg en decent frokost, for en gangs skyld.

Smoothien består av banan, mango, ananas, jordbær, bringebær og helt nederst- kokoskrem (den tykke delen av kokosmelken). Den er toppet lagvis med chiafrø, bringebær og ferske jordbær.

// The fact that I love smoothies for breakfast, is no secret. Especially smoothie bowls, or thick smoothies topped with lots of berries- in a glass. There are few days in the run of a school week, where I actually have the time to make myself a proper breakfast, before I need to run out the door in a rush. My days at school, usually starts around eight O´clock. Today, I actually managed to prepare a tasty breakfast before I left, for once!

The smoothie consists of banana, mango, pineapple, strawberries, rasberries- and on the far bottom, coconut cream (the thick part of the coconut milk). The smoothie is topped by layers, with chia seeds, rasberries and fresh strawberries.
