Raw fruit pizza

Dagens frokost: Raw fruktpizza, lagd av lokal fersk frukt og kokoskrem. Enkelt som bare det. Les mer om rawfood, og sjekk ut min oppskrift på sjokolade-rawkuler HER

Fremgangsmåte:

  1. Kutt en vannmelon i to, og skjær så av et tykt lag vannmelon fra midten, uten å dele laget.

2. Smør på kokoskrem

3. Dryss over granola, eller Rawnola for enn helt raw versjon (Oppskrift fra Earthyandy HER)

4. Dryss så over oppkuttet mango, banan og dragefrukt- eller annen valgfri, fargerik frukt

5. Kutt pizzaen i 6 stykker, og nyt! 🙂

How to:

  1. Slice a watermelon in two, and cut off a thick layer of watermelon from the surface, keeping the layer intact

2. Open up a carton of coconut milk (not low fat) and scrape of the coconut cream on top. Smear the coconut cream on top of the pizza base (watermelon)

3. Drizzle granola (or rawnola for a fully raw version, Recipe from Earthyandy HERE) on top of the coconut

4. Drizzle mango, pitaya and banana on top

5. Cut the “pizza” in six pieces, and enjoy 🙂
