Easy breakfast recipe, 1-2-3

Today, I am going to share with you- my go to breakfast recipe these days!




The way I eat always vary on where in the word I am. When in Bali, I eat sweet fruits like mangoes, pitaya and whole coconuts, as 
berries cannot be grown in such a hot climate. I always try my best 
to eat local, both for the environment and local farmers.

Now, when in Chile, I eat local grown fruits like apricots, 
watermelon, straw-, blue-, black- and rasberries, and I eat lots of 
nuts and seeds. This is the way I am used to eating in Norway as well, as the cold climate allows delicious berries to be grown. 

I have missed eating berries and nuts while in Bali, and now, I can 
finally enjoy it on a daily basis again, and on that note, CHEAP! 
Import groceries are crazy expensive, so that is also another factor for not eating these foods while on Bali. 😦


Smoothie bowl of the day

Jeg deler ofte oppskrifter på smoothie bowls, og nok en gang har jeg en ny oppskrift til dere! Denne er utrolig næringsrik og har lavt sukkerinnhold, da disse bærene består av en stor prosent vann. Denne oppskriften sørger for å holde deg kvikk hele dagen, og er heller ikke for dyr å lage, selv i Norge!

Ingredienser Smoothie-base

  • Frosne blåbær, 1/2 kopp
  • Frosne bringebær, 1/4 kopp
  • Frosne bjørnebær, 1/4 kopp
  • Vann, 1/2 kopp (eller plantemelk)

Ingredienser topping

  • 2 jordbær
  • 3-4 bringebær
  • 3-4 bjørnebær
  • 3-4 blåbær
  • 3-4 mandler
  • 4-5 peanøtter
  • 1 ts chiafrø
  • 1 ts gojibær
  • 1 ts spirulina
  • Et dryss granola
  • Et dryss kokosterninger
  • Et dryss tørket kokos (kokosflak/revet kokos

How to

1. Blend frosne blåbær, bringebær, bjørnebær og vann sammen med blender eller stavmikser. Når bærene er helt knust, hell massen over i en bolle

2. Strø over frø, granola og nøtter

3. Kutt opp bær, strø over, og SERVER

1-2-3, så enkelt. Og så godt, og SUNT.


Ingredients for Smoothie-base

  • Blueberries, 1/2 cup
  • Rasberries, 1/4 cup
  • Blackberries, 1/4 cup
  • Water, 1/2 cup (or plant milk)

Ingredients for topping

  • 2 Strawberries
  • 3-4 Blueberries
  • 3-4 Blackberries
  • 3-4 Rasberries
  • 3-4 Almonds
  • 4-5 Peanuts
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Goji berries
  • 1 tsp Spirulina
  • One sprinkle of granola
  • One sprinkle of shredded coconut
  • One sprinkle of dried coconut cubes

How to

1. Blend blueberries, blackberries, rasberries and water till smooth. When blended thoroughly, pour the thick smoothie mixture into a bowl

2. Sprinkle seeds, granola and nuts

3. Slice the berries, sprinkle, and SERVE.
